Logistics & Billing Clerk

Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site, 5 days per week. Training is fully on-site for the first 3 months, with the potential for a hybrid schedule following successful completion of training)
Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Duration: 11-week contract to start, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

About the Opportunity
Are you a recent Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business graduate looking to launch your career? We're seeking a Logistics & Billing Administrator to join a busy transportation team where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting billing operations in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is confident using Microsoft Excel, and thrives in a high-volume, detail-oriented role. You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced professionals who will help you build a strong foundation in transportation and logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll review and validate system-generated invoices to ensure billing information is accurate and aligned with service agreements
• You'll use Microsoft Excel to analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and support invoice processing
• You'll respond to billing inquiries and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• You'll assist with billing reports, payables support, and other administrative tasks as needed
• You'll manage repetitive, high-volume work while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications
• Recent graduate of a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related post-secondary program, or 1 to 2 years of administrative, billing, transportation, or accounts experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a repetitive, high-volume environment
• Fast learner with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous transportation or logistics experience is considered an asset
