Our client is looking for a reliable and efficient Local Courier to handle small package deliveries in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area. This role involves picking up and delivering packages to various residential and business addresses within a defined territory. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining the condition of packages, and providing a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Collect and deliver small packages to designated locations within the Halifax region. Plan efficient daily routes to maximize delivery volume and minimize travel time. Ensure packages are handled carefully and delivered in good condition. Obtain signatures and confirmations for deliveries as required. Maintain a clean and organized personal delivery vehicle (if applicable) or company vehicle. Provide polite and professional service to all customers encountered. Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is an asset. Familiarity with the Halifax area and surrounding neighborhoods.
