## Flex Driver Position in Drummondville We're looking for Flex Drivers who can pick your own schedule. Fed. These positions are perfect for individuals interested in balancing their work and social life in whatever way works best for them. ### The Role Your Flex Driver role permits you to select shifts up to 8 hours in length, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Fed. Ex Express will provide a vehicle for you to complete deliveries. You'll be working Monday through Friday with shift times from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM, based at 1515 Rue Janelle, Drummondville, QC J2C 5S5. ### What We're Looking For You'll need a high school diploma or educational equivalent, a valid driver's license or provincial graduated license (depending on your province), and the ability to lift 25 lbs. If you reside in the province of Quebec, you must be bilingual in English and French. For candidates in positions requiring driving as a core competency, you'll need a valid driver's license (such as Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to application. Your driver's abstract, performance during interviews, and performance on any driver competency assessments will be carefully evaluated. You must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training, operate in a PC Windows environment, successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable, and work varying shifts based on business needs. ### Compensation and Benefits The hourly wage for this position is $19.73. This position comes with valuable benefits including a Personal Spending Account of $300 that becomes eligible after 200 hours of work. This account can be put towards child care services, elder care expenses, domestic services such as house cleaning, and much more. You'll also have access to Tuition Reimbursement of $1,000, eligible after 200 hours of work, which encourages employees to attain additional formal training and pursue continuing education.
