Live Chat Remote Assistant - No Experience Required

An expanding e-commerce toy business is actively recruiting remote live chat assistants to join their team. As their online operations continue to scale rapidly, they require additional support to manage customer inquiries and facilitate sales through their website's live chat feature. You'll deliver real-time assistance and support entirely online, using either your smartphone or computer from wherever you choose to work.

What you will be doing: Your day begins by accessing their live chat system through a web portal. As customer messages arrive, you'll respond promptly to their questions and concerns. The platform includes built-in templates for frequently asked questions to streamline your responses, plus you'll have a supervisor available if you encounter anything challenging. A brief onboarding session lasting 1 to 2 hours will prepare you for the role, after which you can commence immediately.

Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement

Rate: $25 – $35 hourly

Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for browsing websites and engaging in online chat (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet). Capability to work self-sufficiently. Willingness to adhere closely to established guidelines and procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable high-speed internet connection.

Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly

Location: Work from anywhere with internet access (Based in United States).
