Litigator - Remote
<strong>Role Title:</strong> Litigator / Practicing Attorney<br><br><strong>Role Type:</strong> Contractor<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, US Only<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We are looking for experienced Litigators and Practicing Attorneys to support a project at the intersection of law and emerging technology. You'll apply your legal expertise to evaluate AI-generated legal content, assess complex legal scenarios, and provide precise feedback. AI experience is not required.<br><br>Scope of Work<br><br><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated legal briefs, arguments, memos, and other legal content.</li><li>Review outputs for legal accuracy, factual consistency, and analytical quality.</li><li>Identify errors, gaps, and logical inconsistencies and provide detailed feedback.</li><li>Analyze ambiguous and complex legal scenarios to support model calibration.</li><li>Draft or edit sample legal arguments and language across litigation scenarios.</li><li>Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.</li><li>3–15 years of post-JD legal experience, preferably in litigation.</li><li>Trial, appellate, or federal/state court experience is preferred.</li><li>Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong legal writing and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience as a law journal editor or published legal author is a plus.</li><li>Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and precisely.</li><li>Legal teaching or instructional experience is desirable.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Legal Reasoning</li><li>Litigation & Practice Expertise</li><li>Analytical Rigor</li><li>Calibration in Ambiguous Cases</li><li>Legal Writing</li><li>Communica<br></li></ul>
