Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in a business or corporate law environment, focusing on property and real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the organization.
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain a meticulous filing system.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and proofread documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
