Learning Specialist/Instructional Designer

<p><strong>Job Title: HR Technical Training/Learning Specialist/Instructional Designer</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 12 months contract</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>The Instructional Designer will create and maintain training and performance support materials for the ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job. In this role you will focus on creating and leading learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. In this position you will be a member of the Accelerate training team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Detailed description:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver training programs across multiple formats including instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job training.</li><li>Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.</li><li>Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on change impacts, lessons learned, and business feedback.</li><li>Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy.</li><li>Lead training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.</li><li>Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes.</li><li>Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively.</li><li>Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Additional role-specific areas of responsibility may be added as deemed necessary by the hiring manager.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications & experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field</li><li>4+ years of work experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience of learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies</li><li>Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms<br></li></ul><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<br><br></strong>Job Title: HR Technical Training/Learning Specialist/Instructional Designer<br>Location: Remote<br>Duration: 12 months contract<br><br>Job Description:<br>The Instructional Designer will create and maintain training and performance support materials for the ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job.
