The documentation you help create will be used by other teams across the organization. To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and learn quickly on the job. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements through virtual or in-person meetings. * Assist in analyzing requirements to determine system needs and functionality. * Support the preparation of use cases, process flows, and functional documentation, and participate in review sessions to validate accuracy. * Contribute to business requirements documentation in collaboration with the Master Use Case team. * Work with team members to help identify practical solutions that balance business value, cost, and technical feasibility. * Respond to questions from business users and help clarify requirements when needed. * Provide project status updates to the Roadmap Manager and leadership team. * Assist in identifying problems, opportunities, and potential improvements within systems and processes. * Gain exposure to emerging technologies with the Roadmap and Development teams and understand their potential impact. * Collaborate with developers to help ensure projects align with objectives and timelines. * Support evaluation and testing of new tools and system enhancements. **Job Requirements** -------------------- * Interest in business analysis or related fields (prior experience is an asset but not required). * Exposure to technology, software development, or systems through coursework or projects. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks reliably. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and ask questions. **Onboarding Plan** ------------------- Upon joining SimplyCast, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program to familiarize you with our company culture, processes, and tools.
