Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the budgeting and forecasting process, gathering data and performing initial analysis. Conduct variance analysis, identifying and explaining discrepancies between actual results and planned figures. Help in developing financial models to support strategic decision-making. Process financial data accurately and ensure its integrity. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and understand business drivers. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management. Support the accounting team with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Participate in graduate program training and networking events. Requirements Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Familiarity with financial modeling concepts is an asset.
