We offer innovative products and services to organizations looking to invest in the mental health of their employees. Inkblot is growing fast and we are currently looking for a curious and creative Junior Content Marketer who is passionate about making a difference and improving the mental health of employees and the organizations in which they work.

As Junior Content Marketer you will:

  • Harness your strong design, video editing and writing skills to create compelling content for Inkblot’s social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
  • Create and repurpose existing content for social channels - for example you can turn a therapist interview into a captivating blog post, a short informative Instagram video or an eye-catching infographic
  • Build and manage our social media calendar based on wider marketing goals and data insights
  • Track and optimize campaign performance across all social accounts
  • Oversee all marketing material requests from our Sales team including corporate presentations, posters, and brochures
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing materials by employing design team’s brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with our Junior Designer to ensure graphics are created for new product launches and sales pushes
  • Assist in building and overseeing Mailchimp and Eventbrite campaigns


To be a strong team member you’ll need:

  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in a content marketing role or corporate social media/content marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Excellent design and writing skills
  • Must have previous experience managing company social media presence, using analytics tools and making recommendations based on data insights
  • Bilingualism in French an asset
