Key Responsibilities Resolve advanced technical issues

Manage user accounts and access requests

Support Microsoft technologies and cloud services

Maintain documentation and knowledge resources

Contribute to continuous service improvement Exigences Qualifications 3+ years of IT support experience

Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge

Experience in a service desk environment

ITIL certification considered an asset

Proficiency in English is required for this position, as the role involves regular communication and collaboration with English-speaking stakeholders, clients, and project teams located outside Quebec.

Travel

RequirementOccasional travel may be required based on project and operational needs.
