We work with educational institutions, employers, governments, and community partners in Canada and internationally.</p><p><br></p>Position Overview<p>We are seeking a motivated student to join our International Marketing and Market Development team. The intern will support research, communications, outreach, and partnership development across selected international markets.</p><p>This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in international business, marketing, communications, public policy, accessibility, or social impact.</p><p>Candidates with lived experience of disability or accessibility barriers are encouraged to apply. Lived experience is valued but not required, and applicants are not required to disclose personal medical information.</p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research potential international markets, partners, institutions, employers, and government agencies</li><li>Identify relevant accessibility, education, employment, and disability-inclusion initiatives</li><li>Support international marketing and outreach campaigns</li><li>Prepare country-specific research, market briefs, and contact lists</li><li>Draft emails, presentations, social-media content, and partnership materials</li><li>Assist with LinkedIn and email outreach to prospective partners</li><li>Track communications, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities</li><li>Support international events, meetings, campaigns, and market-development activities</li><li>Monitor policies, funding opportunities, industry developments, and competitors</li><li>Collaborate with Enabled Talent’s leadership and international team members</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program</li><li>Studying marketing, international business, communications, public policy, social sciences, accessibility, human resources, or a related subject</li><li>Strong research, writing, and communication skills</li><li>Interest in accessibility, disability inclusion, education, employment, or social impact</li><li>Ability to work independently within a remote and international environment</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems, or digital-marketing tools is an asset</li><li>Additional languages or international experience are considered assets</li><li>Lived experience of disability or accessibility barriers is welcomed and valued</li></ul><li><br></li>What You Will Gain<ul><li>Practical experience in international marketing and market development</li><li>Exposure to partnerships involving businesses, educational institutions, governments, and community organizations</li><li>Experience supporting international expansion and market-entry projects</li><li>Opportunities to contribute to meaningful accessibility and disability-inclusion initiatives</li><li>Mentorship and professional-development support</li><li>Portfolio-building experience through research, communications, and campaign projects</li></ul><li><br></li>Accessibility and Inclusion<p>Enabled Talent welcomes applications from persons with disabilities and candidates from all backgrounds.
