<strong>Dream is looking for an Intern, Development (4 month)!<br><br></strong>Dream Unlimited is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. We are currently looking for a student to join our Development team as an intern for 4 months beginning January 2027.<br><br>Our goal? Since starting university, you've been steadily deepening your knowledge of your field and developing the skills you'll need to succeed. Are you ready?<br><br><strong>What will you do?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work alongside the development team on day to day tasks to meet project timelines;</li><li>Interact with various groups in the company to facilitate execution of project deliverables;</li><li>Attend meetings as required with members of the development team;</li><li>Facilitate co-ordination of project memos as required and management of task lists;</li><li>Provide support as needed to development team members;</li><li>Consolidate current and past project folders on our internal group drive and assimilate into new digital structure, as well as catalogue past project records/drawings for offsite storage; and</li><li>Assist with daily administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to assisting with meeting scheduling, catering requests, group email distributions, printing, and filing.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What type of experience do you have?<br><br></strong><ul><li>You are currently enrolled in a College or Undergraduate Program. Pursuing a degree in either Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate or Architecture.</li><li>You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe/Bluebeam.</li><li>You have a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who are we?<br><br></strong>Dream Unlimited is an award-winning Canadian real estate investment, development and management company with approximately $28 billion of assets under management in North America and Europe.
