Purpose

We’re seeking a dynamic Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead the strategy and execution of targeted, multichannel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and market share across TP’s Technology, Cable, Media & Telecom (CMT), and Travel & Hospitality verticals.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Vertical Marketing, this role will serve as the integrated ABM marketing lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise and midmarket accounts across these industries. You will manage 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs, working closely with Sales, SDRs, Operations, Solution Marketing, Industry Leaders, and other Marketing teams to create personalized, data-driven engagement with high-value accounts and buying committees.

The role requires a strong understanding of the business challenges facing Technology, CMT, and Travel & Hospitality organizations and the ability to translate those challenges into differentiated marketing strategies and campaigns. You will develop account-based programs that connect TP’s capabilities across Customer Experience Management (CXM), Data Services, Trust & Safety, Sales Outsourcing, Technology Consulting & Services, and digitally enabled business services to the priorities of target accounts.

You will own integrated marketing strategy end to end — including account selection and segmentation, account and persona intelligence, messaging, campaign strategy, content, digital demand generation, events, budget management, measurement, and optimization. You will work closely with Sales and industry leadership to identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts, prioritize high-potential prospects, leverage intent and engagement signals, and accelerate opportunities through the buyer journey.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on B2B marketer who understands ABM, enterprise buying journeys, complex B2B services, and vertical marketing and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. Experience marketing CXM, BPO, data services, trust & safety, sales outsourcing, technology consulting, or IT services is highly desirable.

This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US or Canada and be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Serve as the primary integrated ABM marketing lead for the Technology, CMT, and Travel & Hospitality verticals across customer experience, digital transformation, AI, data, cloud, trust & safety, technical support, sales growth, and technology services.

Develop and execute personalized 1:1 campaigns and scalable 1:Few and 1:Many ABM programs to engage priority accounts and buying committees.

Partner with Sales and industry leaders to identify and prioritize target accounts based on revenue potential, propensity to buy, existing relationships, whitespace, intent, engagement, and strategic fit.

Develop account strategies that address both new-logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within existing TP accounts.

Build and continually refine account segmentation, persona strategies, buying committee maps, and engagement plans.

Translate industry trends and account-specific business priorities into compelling marketing strategies and campaigns.

Identify opportunities to connect multiple TP capabilities and solutions to specific account challenges and business priorities.

Partner with Industry and Solution Marketing to develop vertical-specific plays, messaging, content, and campaigns.

Build programs that differentiate TP from traditional BPO providers by positioning the company as a strategic partner across CX, AI, data, technology, and business transformation.

Develop differentiated ABM strategies based on the unique needs of each vertical:

Technology / CMT: customer acquisition and retention, customer experience, network and digital transformation, revenue growth, technical support, Trust & Safety, and customer operations.

Travel & Hospitality: guest experience, loyalty, revenue growth, digital transformation, customer care, reservations, sales, Trust & Safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B marketing for BPO, professional services, IT services, or SaaS, including 3+ years in ABM roles marketing to senior decision makers within the cable, media, telecom, technology and travel verticals.

Demonstrated fluency with key buyer personas — customer experience, data and analytics, AI/ML, finance and accounting, trust and safety executives — and with how these sectors’ budget cycles and partner/reseller motions shape campaign timing and messaging.

Expertise in marketing tools such as Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.

Proven ownership of end-to-end integrated marketing strategy — account selection, persona messaging and content, channel plan, budget, execution, and pipeline attribution.

Deep hands-on digital marketing expertise (paid media, programmatic/account-based advertising, email, webinars, content syndication) paired with proven event marketing ownership, from tradeshow strategy and booth experience through executive roundtables and post-event pipeline conversion.

Proven ability to deliver high-ROI campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
