Responsibilities • Travel somewhat frequently to the destinations that you intend to sell. • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel desires, budgets, and special requirements, providing expert guidance throughout the planning process. • Develop detailed travel itineraries that include accommodations, transportation options, activities, and local insights to enhance the client experience. • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients via phone, email, or chat to update them on trip progress and address any questions or changes promptly. • Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry, including destination updates, travel restrictions, and new offerings to provide current and relevant advice. • Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while ensuring organizational accuracy and attention to detail in all reservation records. • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or special experiences to maximize client satisfaction and sales opportunities. Requirements • A clear understanding of social media trends and how to market yourself on social media. • Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. • Familiarity with technology, the Google platforms, email, Teams, etc. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently while maintaining accuracy. • Effective client communication skills—empathetic listening combined with clear, professional dialogue. • Experience in sales techniques applied within the travel sector to promote services confidently. • Ability to stay motivated independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
