iGaming Live Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic iGaming Live Operations Manager to lead our live gaming platform operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of live dealer games, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality gaming experiences for players worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of live gaming operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Manage a team of live operations specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize efficiency and engagement
  • Collaborate with product development teams to implement new features, updates, and enhancements for live dealer platforms
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor game performance, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective actions swiftly
  • Oversee requirements gathering for new game launches or platform upgrades, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with technical teams on the integration of APIs, databases, and SaaS solutions to optimize platform stability and scalability
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools like Jira and TFS throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), following Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, customer feedback, and industry trends to enhance user experience
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and internal standards across all live operations activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in iGaming or online gaming operations management with a focus on live dealer platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Extensive knowledge of software development processes including requirements gathering, SDLC models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools such as Jira and TFS
  • Technical proficiency in AWS cloud services, APIs integration, SQL databases, HTML for platform customization, Java programming basics, Git version control system, and SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to interpret data from databases and mobile applications for operational insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions
  • Experience working within regulated environments ensuring compliance with licensing standards in the iGaming industry
