Hybrid Designer — Traditional Design + AI / Part-Time, Remote, Flexible

IONIQO is a Montreal-based creative studio working with fashion and culture brands. Work volume is high and constant — we need someone reliable who can keep up with the pace.

What you'll actually be producing

  • Campaign visuals (photo graphic) for fashion and luxury brands
  • Social media assets (posts, stories, carousels, vertical/square formats)
  • E-commerce assets (product pages, banners, sales visuals)
  • Short-form video and motion content for campaigns and social
  • Photo retouching — fashion, editorial, product — clean, precise, high-end standard
  • Generating and integrating AI imagery on select projects (training provided)
  • Layout work for websites, decks, and mood boards
What we're looking for
  • Adobe proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — non-negotiable
  • Solid photo retouching, professional standard
  • Comfortable with or eager to learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield)
  • Able to juggle multiple deliverables at once without dropping quality
  • Reliable, fast, self-sufficient — the workload is real and frequent
Nice to have
  • Motion design / video
  • Fashion or luxury experience
  • Figma or Sketch
Details
  • Remote or hybrid (Montreal)
  • Minimum 10–15 hrs/week, up to full-time depending on availability
  • Recurring, frequent work — not one-off gigs

  • Mise en page pour sites web, decks de présentation, mood boards
