HUMAN RESOURCES - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Human Resource Administrative Assistant to join our team! Benefits include:<br><br><ul><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (vacation, holidays and sick days) and Medical Paid Time Off</li><li>Retirement Plans (401K with up to 6% match)</li><li>Earned Quarterly Bonus Program</li><li>Education Reimbursement Program</li><li>Discount for medically necessary procedures performed at Mountain View Hospital and Idaho Falls Community Hospital<br><br></li></ul><em>Please note benefits are based on eligibility according to full-time, part-time or PRN status classification. <br><br></em><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.</li><li> Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.</li><li> Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.</li><li> Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.</li><li> Provides training for new hires who are onboarding.</li><li> Assist employees on the time card system, email etc.</li><li> Create company badges for employees as needed.</li><li> Responsible for filing employee electronic paperwork for personnel file pertaining to new hires.</li><li> Audits and tracks outstanding employee certification forms and follows up with employees, files in employee file when received.</li><li> Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating making new hire packets, etc.</li><li> Will be a back up to the Recruitment team as needed.</li><li> Other duties as deemed necessary in the Human Resources Department.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Mountain View<br><br></strong>Mountain View Hospital and our 29 affiliate clinics are committed to providing compassionate, cutting edge care to our patients. If you are looking for a career where you can make a difference in your community, we invite you to apply.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Education/Certification:</strong> High school diploma or general education degree (GED).<br><br><strong>Experience</strong>: One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br><br><strong>Equipment/Technology: </strong>Basic computer knowledge and software proficiency in MS Word and Excel, basic knowledge of HRIS systems.<br><br><strong>Language/Communication:</strong> Effective written and oral skills. Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees.<br><br><strong>Mathematical Skills: </strong>Basic High School math.<br><br><strong>Mental Capabilities:</strong> Ability to organize, recognize and correct inefficiencies. Handle and prioritize multiple requests.<br><br><strong>Interpersonal:</strong> Can remain pleasant under extreme pressure and during difficult circumstances. Ability to be cheerful, trust worthy, loyal, professional and organized.<br><br><strong>Performance: </strong> Maintains strict confidentiality, exactness with great attention to detail, and ability to work with others. Ability to remain politically neutral. Customer service oriented.
