Host / Receptionist – LPM Miami | $20–$25/Hour
Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
LPM Miami is seeking a polished and personable Host / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and provide a warm, professional welcome in an upscale French-Mediterranean dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
- Coordinate with Servers, Management, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with guest requests and maintain a polished front-of-house environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Host, Receptionist, Guest Relations, or in upscale hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required
