Responsibilities: As a Live Chat Support Assistant, your core function centers on delivering customer service assistance. You'll access the platform at your chosen time each day (customized around your schedule), attend to customer messages and concerns as they arrive. Once your shift concludes, you'll sign off and be compensated accordingly for that day's work.

Requirements: To thrive in this capacity, you'll need a compatible device for participating in web-based and chat communications (such as a Smartphone/Computer/Desktop). Independence and the capacity to adhere closely to provided instructions are essential qualities. A dedication of at least 5 hours weekly and dependable high-speed internet are mandatory.
