The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. If you are interested in becoming a friendly, helpful go-to expert for customers during the holiday season, this role is a great opportunity to make a positive impact. Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable. About the Role: You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite Reporting to the Store Manager, you will: Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign. Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns. Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all. Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time. About You: Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates. You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit). You must be at least 18 years old. Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus. Required Availability Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close). Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to- 8-hour shift). Holiday Availability: Christmas Day (December 25). Boxing Day (December 26). New Year’s Eve (December 31). Additional Availability Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
