[Hiring] Senior Producer - Operations and Campaign @We Are Rosie

Role Description

This team is the central content and campaigns engine for the client's brand, creating and distributing engaging content across organic and paid channels to grow audience, deepen brand love, and drive new users. Operating in a fast-paced, creative environment, we manage multiple high-profile campaigns and brand partnerships simultaneously across all major social platforms and on-site activations. As storytellers and conversation starters, we connect the brand with culture and community while ensuring every campaign and partnership runs on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and operational standard.

This is a senior, hybrid role that combines strategic program management, hands-on production leadership, and cross-functional governance across brand, product, legal, PR, and external partners and agencies. This person will own end-to-end execution of complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns and brand partnerships, from initial strategy through on-site or in-market delivery, building scalable operational frameworks and playbooks that let strategists, creatives, and partners move fast without sacrificing quality or compliance. You will be the senior organizational and operational backbone of the team, someone who can build structure in ambiguity, manage significant budgets, and lead cross-functional "tiger teams" through high-stakes, high-visibility activations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution across brand partnerships and campaigns, establishing cross-functional governance and alignment across internal stakeholders (brand, product, legal, PR) and external partners and agencies.
  • Build and maintain scalable operational playbooks, timelines, and budgets, packaging and delivering assets on time while forecasting and tracking spend across projects ranging from five figures to multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate brand, compliance, and production risks proactively, communicating risks and solutions clearly to cross-functional teams and executives, and leading on-site or real-time execution when needed.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, producing, or production leadership, specifically within a creative agency, brand marketing team, or in-house social/content team.
  • Must have experience working in big tech or a Fortune 500 company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-profile, multi-channel brand partnerships and campaigns from strategy through execution, including on-site or live activations.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional governance across internal stakeholders (brand, product, legal, PR) and external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Strong budget oversight experience, including forecasting and tracking spend across a wide range of project sizes.
  • Experience building operational playbooks, templates, or frameworks that scale across teams or repeatable initiatives.
  • Skilled at risk identification and mitigation, with the judgment to flag issues early and propose solutions to executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and comfort leading through ambiguity.
  • Confidence speaking to shareholders and executives, and pushing back when necessary.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, and experience with project management tools like Asana and AirTable.
  • Experience with AI product or feature launches, including compliance considerations like age-gating or data handling protocols.
  • AI curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • A portfolio is a plus.

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $90
  • Length: 3 Months
  • Hours: 40 hours
  • Location: Remote - must be okay with PST
