Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Egg Trader / Sales professional to drive growth internationally. This role is ideal for a self-starter and proven closer with a strong background in sales and an established network of suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and suppliers across international markets
  • Source and broker eggs from internal and external inventories
  • Drive new business development across wholesale, retail, and foodservice sectors
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to optimize performance and execution
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with domestic and international stakeholders
  • Identify arbitrage and trading opportunities within regional and global egg markets
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export requirements, and quality standards
  • Support growth across applicable markets of expertise (could include USA, Latin America, Caribbean, UAE, Poland, Netherlands, Singapore, Germany markets, etc.) leveraging experience in agri-business, poultry, egg or related commodity trading.
  • Maintain working knowledge of customs, regulations, customs procedures, and cross-border documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Extensive, proven experience in sales or trading within eggs, produce, or related commodities
  • Existing book of business with established supplier and/or customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of applicable international food supply chain and distribution landscape
  • Familiarity with cross-border trade, logistics, tariffs, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency a strong plus
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
