[Hiring] Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Account Manager / PPC Specialist @20four7VA

Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Manager to oversee both the operational management and paid advertising performance of our Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.

The ideal candidate has recent experience supporting U.S.-based brands and is proficient in managing marketplace operations while simultaneously optimizing Amazon Sponsored Ads and Walmart Connect campaigns. This role combines account management, listing optimization, inventory coordination, PPC strategy, performance analysis, and marketplace compliance to drive profitable growth across both platforms.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

  • Marketplace Account Management
    • Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
    • Monitor overall account health and marketplace compliance.
    • Optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
    • Manage catalog updates, variations, suppressions, and listing issues.
    • Coordinate inventory management and replenishment.
    • Monitor pricing and promotional strategies.
    • Handle support cases with Amazon Seller Support and Walmart Marketplace Support.
    • Monitor customer feedback and account performance metrics.
  • Amazon PPC Management
    • Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research and search term analysis.
    • Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures.
    • Perform A/B testing on campaigns and creatives.
    • Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
    • Continuously improve advertising profitability.
  • Walmart Connect Advertising
    • Develop and manage Walmart Connect campaigns.
    • Optimize bids, keywords, audiences, and campaign performance.
    • Improve product visibility and advertising efficiency.
    • Conduct ongoing testing and optimization.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
      • Sales performance
      • Advertising performance
      • ROAS
      • ACOS/TACOS
      • Inventory health
      • Listing health
      • Account health
      • Customer feedback
    • Provide recommendations for improving marketplace performance and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 (recent) years of recent experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace for U.S.-based brands.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Amazon Sponsored Ads
    • Walmart Connect
    • Amazon FBA
    • Listing optimization
    • Inventory management
    • Catalog management
    • Marketplace compliance
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing both Amazon and Walmart marketplaces simultaneously.
  • Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, Data Dive, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and pricing strategies.

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work.
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client.
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
