Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to assist in selling products on Amazon. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing business relationships, and expanding sales channels through Amazon’s platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in sales, and a passion for e-commerce and technology-driven sales strategies. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing and inside sales techniques to promote Amazon selling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients to facilitate B2B sales of products on Amazon
  • Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Assist clients with setting up their Amazon seller accounts and optimize product listings for maximum visibility
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase product exposure and sales on Amazon
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales progress
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Identify new business development opportunities within the e-commerce space to expand the company's presence on Amazon
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales, preferably within e-commerce or digital marketplaces
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to online selling and product listing optimization on Amazon
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Technical sales experience or familiarity with e-commerce tools is a plus
  • Business development experience demonstrating the ability to identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences
