These values form the foundation of the organization, guiding the team’s actions, shaping its culture, and differentiating it from competitors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Due to continued growth, The Consulting House is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our Employee Benefits team.</p><p>This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our group benefits clients through expert plan administration, technical support, carrier coordination, and proactive problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with account executives, carriers, and plan administrators to support the implementation, ongoing administration, and servicing of client benefit programs.</p><p>The ideal candidate shares The Consulting House core values and has several years of group benefits experience. They are comfortable managing complex client situations, resolving escalated issues, reviewing plan documentation, and coordinating directly with insurance carriers.
