We're partnering with a leading Canadian enterprise undergoing a major digital transformation and are looking for a Staff Visual Designer to help shape the future of its public digital experiences. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives at the intersection of visual design, systems thinking, and digital innovation .

You'll help translate ambitious digital experiences into scalable templates, reusable components, and design patterns that can be adopted across a large and complex digital ecosystem. We're looking for someone who can take great design and turn it into systems that scale. Translate creative vision into scalable templates, modules, and reusable design patterns ✨ Help define how digital marketing experiences are built within a modern CMS ecosystem ✨ Extend and evolve existing design systems to support new customer experience needs ✨ Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, Developers, Content Strategists, and Marketing teams ✨ Partner with technical teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and implementation-ready ✨ Document components, standards, and design decisions for long-term adoption 10+ years of visual design experience ✔️ Significant experience building, extending, or operationalizing design systems ✔️ Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, reusable frameworks, and scalable digital experiences ✔️ Advanced Figma expertise, including components, Auto Layout, variables, tokens, and design libraries ✔️ Experience working within component-based design environments ✔️ Ability to balance creative excellence with scalable execution Experience with CMS platforms (AEM experience is a strong asset) ➕ Experience collaborating closely with developers and technical teams ➕ Motion, interaction, or illustration experience ➕ Love solving design challenges at scale • Enjoy working with both creative and technical teams • Want to help shape the future of a large digital ecosystem You'll join a high-performing team tackling a large-scale digital transformation initiative.
