Google Ads Account Manager (Contract, US-Based, Remote) - United, Pennsylvania, US

Homely Media is a digital marketing agency run by operators. We own and run businesses that live or die on the ads we manage, and our results show it. The industry-average digital marketing ROAS is about 2x.

Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.

Here’s what our accounts are doing:

  • Industrial services: 25x
  • Home improvement ecommerce: 21x
  • Medical waste services: 9.6x
  • Residential & commercial cleaning: 5x

We’re building out our PPC division and looking for a Google Ads specialist who can manage accounts and own the client relationship.

How it works:

1 hour a week of consulting on our in-house accounts at $50/week. This is your trial period. We'll see how you think, what you find, and how you communicate. If it’s a fit for both sides, we’ll continue the relationship and bring you on to manage outside clients.

Pay (per client account, per month):

  • Up to $10K/month in ad spend: $800
  • $10K to $25K/month: $1,300
  • $25K to $50K/month: $2,000
  • $50K to $100K/month: $3,000

At roughly 10 hours a month per account at the entry tier, that’s about $80/hour, climbing to $100+/hour as accounts grow.

You own the account:

This isn't a "run the ads and send a report" role.

Each client is yours:

The strategy, the work, the calls, and the relationship. Our account manager handles the admin (onboarding, scheduling) so you can focus on results and client communication. But keeping clients happy and growing their spend is on you.

How you climb:

Results. When your accounts perform, clients spend more, and the account moves up a pay tier. The best people here will manage several accounts and earn well over $100 an hour. xklufbp

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years managing Google Ads, with real numbers to show for it (spend, CPL, ROAS)

• Lead gen, B2B, or home service experience

• Someone who can explain results to a business owner in plain English and is comfortable leading those calls

• An owner's mindset: you spot problems before the client does and bring solutions, not excuses

• US-based

This probably isn't for you if:

• You need someone to tell you what to do every day

• You'd rather hide behind dashboards than talk to clients

• You can't back up your results with real numbers

Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
