We specialize in creating high-quality, human-curated datasets, developing AI-powered workflows, and building advanced AI evaluation systems.</p> <p>We are seeking a freelance Medical Assistant to support advanced AI evaluation projects. The work involves clinical documentation, medical transcription, communication in medical settings, electronic health records (EHRs), and ensuring the accuracy and quality of medical documentation.</p> <p>In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated content related to patient interactions, discharge summaries, prescriptions, clinical notes, laboratory reports, consent forms, referral letters, and other medical documents. Your work will help improve AI systems for clinical documentation, medical reasoning, healthcare communication, and workflow automation for healthcare professionals.</p> <p>This position is particularly suited to professionals with experience in telephone or medical charting, medical transcription, clinical documentation, healthcare operations, or hospital administration.</p> <p>**Responsibilities**<br /> – Produce work based on clinical documentation and realistic healthcare scenarios.<br /> – Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated medical documentation, including clinical notes, discharge summaries, and patient communications.<br /> – Assess AI outputs for clinical accuracy, documentation quality, appropriate medical terminology, and completeness.<br /> – Create, review, and verify physicians’ notes, including histories and physicals (H&Ps), SOAP notes, progress notes, operative notes, discharge summaries, referral letters, and consultation reports.<br /> – Review discharge summaries, prescriptions, laboratory reports, diagnostic reports, appointment and action instructions, nursing and treatment plans, and consent forms for clinical accuracy and completeness.<br /> – Evaluate patient instructions and AI-generated educational materials for clarity, accuracy, and patient-centered communication.<br /> – Ensure documentation aligns with clinical guidelines, medical terminology, and documentation standards.<br /> – Identify issues such as documentation errors, missing clinical details, inconsistent terminology, and formatting problems.<br /> – Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in clinical documentation and workflows.<br /> – Review work completed by peers to ensure quality and consistency.</p> <p>**Requirements**<br /> – A bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, allied health sciences, biotechnology, physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field.<br /> – At least 3 years of hands-on experience with medical records, medical transcription, clinical documentation, hospital operations, or healthcare documentation.<br /> – Experience preparing and evaluating discharge summaries, prescriptions, laboratory reports, diagnostic reports, and clinical documentation.<br /> – Ability to prepare and review appointment and treatment instructions, care plans, follow-up documentation, and consent forms.<br /> – Ability to accurately document physician–patient interactions using standardized formats such as SOAP notes, H&Ps, and progress notes.<br /> – Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and diseases.<br /> – Where applicable, ability to explain medical instructions to patients in Hindi and/or other regional Indian languages.<br /> – Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems while meeting documentation quality standards.<br /> – Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or similar tools is preferred.<br /> – Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail.<br /> – Excellent written communication skills in English.<br /> – Ability to critically assess AI-generated medical documentation for clinical accuracy, completeness, and patient safety.<br /> – Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.</p> <p>**Preferred Qualifications**<br /> – Experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, medical transcription companies, medical practices, or telemedicine organizations.<br /> – Certification in medical coding, medical transcription, or clinical documentation improvement (CDI) is preferred.<br /> – Experience across multiple specialties, such as internal medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, or general practice.<br /> – Familiarity with healthcare documentation standards, ICD/CPT coding concepts, and HIPAA or basic healthcare privacy principles.<br /> – Experience with AI-assisted clinical documentation or voice recognition tools.<br /> – Experience supporting physicians with real-time or asynchronous documentation workflows.</p> <p>**Why Join Us**<br /> – Competitive hourly rate: ₹1,500 per hour<br /> – Fully remote work with flexible hours<br /> – Opportunity to contribute to advanced AI and healthcare technology initiatives<br /> – Exposure to state-of-the-art AI systems focused on clinical documentation, medical reasoning, and healthcare automation<br /> – Flexible, project-based work with international teams<br /> – Help build next-generation AI solutions that support digital health and improve physician productivity</p> <p>**Benefits**<br /> – Asynchronous work</p> <p>**Location**<br /> Bengaluru, Karnataka, India</p>
