Freelance HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance HR Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing and enhancing our human resources practices to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent. As a Freelance HR Manager, you will provide expert guidance on various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and disputes. Address and resolve workplace issues and promote a positive, supportive work environment.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans. Develop strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures and benefits offerings.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and strategy.
  • Previous experience working as a freelance HR consultant or in a consultancy role is highly desirable.
  • Experience in various industry sectors is a plus, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Working Hours:

  • This is a freelance, remote position with flexible working hours. Availability to meet deadlines and participate in virtual meetings as needed is required.
