Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging with precision and care
  • Assist in meat cutting and other food preparation tasks following safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area to ensure food safety compliance
  • Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
  • Support the assembly of food products, ensuring proper portioning, labeling, and packaging procedures are followed
  • Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, machinery operation, and sanitation practices
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and safely

Skills

  • Experience or familiarity with packaging, manufacturing, or food processing environments
  • Knowledge of the food industry standards and food safety regulation.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
