About the Opportunity

We have built an AI-powered career platform that helps students and professionals improve their resumes, prepare for interviews, identify skill gaps, and accelerate their job search journey.

The MVP is already live and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Founder to lead the next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a company rather than join one.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the business strategy
  • Conduct customer discovery and validation
  • Build partnerships with universities, colleges, employers, and career centers
  • Drive user acquisition and growth
  • Lead fundraising efforts
  • Recruit and build the founding team
  • Work closely with the product and engineering team to shape the roadmap
What We're Looking For
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and founder mentality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in startups, product management, business development, HRTech, EdTech, CareerTech, or SaaS
  • Passion for helping students and professionals succeed
  • Ability to operate in an early-stage startup environment

  • Previous startup experience
  • Fundraising experience
  • University or education sector network
  • HR, recruiting, or career services experience
