Flatbed Company Driver

We are seeking a professional Class 1 Driver based in Toronto to join our Flatbed Division team hauling flatbed and/or step deck freight within Canada and to/from the US. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who values safety, reliability, and steady work with a supportive employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport flatbed freight within assigned routes.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and load.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of driving hours, cargo details, and inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 license with a minimum of 2 years verifiable flatbed hauling experience.
  • Clean driving record (abstract must be provided).
  • Clean criminal record check (required prior to hiring).
  • Previous experience with flatbed freight is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and professionalism.
