As a Fisher Auto Parts Hot Shot Delivery Driver, you operate in a state of high urgency. You will pilot a highly maneuverable company vehicle (sedan or small transit connect) to execute single-point, expedited deliveries of critical parts from the main hub directly to the stranded mechanic. If you thrive under the pressure of a ticking clock, love fast-paced driving, and possess supreme navigational agility, this is your high-octane career path.

Expedited Logistics Operations

  • Rapid Dispatch Response: Monitor the dispatch board for emergency, out-of-stock part requests. Upon assignment, you must immediately transition into operational mode, navigating out of the warehouse without a second of hesitation.
  • Optimized Routing Execution: Utilize intense spatial awareness, deep local street knowledge, and real-time traffic data to navigate the fastest possible route to the mechanic. You must anticipate traffic snarls and execute dynamic reroutes to beat the clock.
  • Flawless Handoff: Conclude the high-speed transit with a rapid delivery directly to the service bay, capturing the required digital signature instantly so the mechanic can finish the repair.

The Hot Shot Advantage

Speed commands respect in the automotive logistics market. This role offers an incredibly exciting, fast-paced workday where no two hours are the same. You will enjoy highly competitive hourly pay, the thrill of solving immediate logistical crises, and a comprehensive corporate benefits package including health and PTO.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver's license paired with a pristine, highly vetted motor vehicle record; a history of speeding or reckless driving will immediately disqualify you. Exceptional physical agility, the ability to rapidly pull parts from warehouse shelves, and supreme time-management skills are absolute requirements. Deep familiarity with the local city grid is a massive plus.
