This role involves ensuring the safety and security of passengers, crew, and airport personnel by performing firefighting, rescue and emergency medical services.</p> <p> <strong>Responsibilities<br /></strong> <strong>Emergency Response:<br /></strong> Respond promptly to aircraft incidents, structural fires, medical emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and other emergency situations on airport property.</p> <p>Perform firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical services to ensure the safety of individuals and property.</p> <p> <strong>Fire Suppression<br /></strong> Extinguish fires using various firefighting techniques, including the use of water, foam, dry chemicals, and other firefighting agents.</p> <p>Conduct search and rescue operations in smoke-filled and hazardous environments.</p> <p> <strong>Emergency Medical Services<br /></strong> Provide first aid and basic life support (BLS) to injured or ill individuals until advanced medical personnel arrive.</p> <p>Assist in the transportation of patients to medical facilities as needed.</p> <p> <strong>Operational Readiness<br /></strong> Perform daily inspections and maintenance of firefighting vehicles, extinguishers, and personal protective equipment (PPE).</p> <p>Maintain inventory of firefighting supplies and equipment and ensure their readiness for use.</p> <p>Participate in routine emergency response simulations, ICAO-mandated training, and fire drills.</p> <p>Maintain detailed incident reports, training records, and shift logs for regulatory audits.</p> <p> <strong>Compliance And Reporting<br /></strong> Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines related to firefighting and emergency response and ensure all tasks are performed following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</p> <p>Identify potential hazards during patrols and inspections, ensuring immediate corrective action.</p> <p>Prepare and submit accurate incident reports, equipment logs, and other required documentation.</p> <p> <strong>Collaboration And Coordination<br /></strong> Collaborate with airport operations, medical services, and external emergency agencies during incidents.</p> <p>Coordinate with the Duty Manager, ATC, and airport authorities during emergency operations and drills.</p> <p> <strong>Key Stakeholders – Internal<br /></strong> Duty Manager – ARFF</p> <p>Airport Operations Team</p> <p>Airport Security</p> <p>Emergency Medical Services</p> <p>ARFF Crew Members</p> <p>Engineering & Maintenance Team</p> <p>Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Team</p> <p> <strong>Key Stakeholders – External<br /></strong> Local Fire Services Department</p> <p>Airlines Operating at the Airport</p> <p>Ground Handling Companies</p> <p>ARFF Equipment Manufacturers/Service Providers</p> <p>Insurance Companies</p> <p>Local Community Leaders</p> <p>Civil Aviation Authorities</p> <p> <strong>Qualifications<br /></strong> <strong>Education Qualification:<br /></strong> Diploma in Fire Fighting Technology or equivalent qualification.</p> <p>Certification from an accredited firefighting academy is required.</p> <p> <strong>Work Experience<br /></strong> 2-3 years of experience firefighting experience, preferably in aircraft rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) operations. <br /> Upgrade to Premium to see salary and compensation for all jobs.</p> <p> <strong>Location</strong><br />Greater Lucknow Area,</p>
