Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:   </p><ul><li>Contributing to our financial services tax team through a combination of ongoing technical learning and upskilling junior staff  </li><li>Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to partners and other senior team members   </li><li>Be involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients  </li><li>Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen  </li><li>Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges  </li><li>Assist in the management and delivering of large projects for prominent public and private clients  </li><li>Train, coach, mentor, and supervise staff  </li><li>Collaborate with our outsourced delivery centres including the development of tax automation processes and tools  </li><li>Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues  </li><li>Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand  </li><li>Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct </li><li></li></ul><p><b>What You’ll Bring </b></p><p>Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
