<strong>Join Servus Credit Union</strong> - <strong>Canada’s Largest Credit Union!<br><br></strong><strong>We are hiring for full-time Universal Financial Associates & Financial Advisors to join our Member Contact Centre!<br><br></strong><strong>Employment Status: </strong>Full-time, successful candidates <strong>must</strong> be currently residing in Alberta.<br><br>Additional Information: This full-time position has the expectation to work flexible shifts, as our contact centre is open 24 hours, Monday-Sunday, including rotational shifts of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you're excited to grow your career with a team that’s innovative, hardworking, collaborative and deeply rooted in community, <strong>we want to meet you</strong>.<br><br><strong>Join Servus and discover a better way to work.<br><br></strong>Reporting to the Team Lead, your primary objective is to develop long term relationships with members, building trust, and delivering customized financial solutions that help them feel good about their money.<br><br><strong>What You'll Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li> Meeting and exceeding daily sales targets by building rapport, asking meaningful open-ended questions, and uncovering member needs on every applicable call.</li><li>Proactively applying sales and relationship-building techniques to achieve and exceed business development targets through inbound member conversations, including proactive loan dollars, deposit growth, new memberships, and chequing account opportunities.</li><li>Answering member inquires and provide exceptional member service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, video calls.</li><li>Demonstrating excellent sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals, along with a professional telephone manner and strong multi-tasking abilities.</li><li>Providing consistently fantastic member experience by adhering to standards and guidelines.</li><li>Consistently being proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to match every member with the right products and solutions that enhance their financial fitness.</li><li>Assisting members regarding technical inquiries or requests related to their online and mobile banking needs (e.g., setting passwords, updating member database, security-related tasks, etc.).</li><li>Participating in individual, Contact Centre, and corporate campaigns while adhering to call quality standards<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong>To qualify, you will need at least <strong>2 years of successful sales experience with measured targets,</strong> preferably in customer service or retail banking, and a high school diploma.<br><br><strong>Although Not Required, The Following Education/certificates Are Valuable Assets<br><br></strong><ul><li>Call centre experience</li><li>Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)<br><br></li></ul>Moreover, we are highly motivated in hiring candidates with flexible schedules, as the position requires day, evening, and weekend shift commitments.<br><br>Most importantly, we're looking for candidates whose personal values align with our cooperative values.
