As a Senior Account Director, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and promoting the adoption of electric vehicles and sustainable energy solutions. Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to achieve quarterly growth objectives, building strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the fleet management industry, and driving the adoption of Tesla's fleet digital tools and services. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and navigate internal processes with stakeholders from Operations, Retail, and Service Centers. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the fleet management industry Develop and execute a business strategy to achieve quarterly growth objectives Clearly communicate the benefits of transitioning ICE fleets to electric vehicles, emphasizing the advantages of sustainable energy Use analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to adapt Tesla to the client's operational and business processes Drive the adoption of Tesla's fleet digital tools and services, promoting the use of the Tesla for Business Platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the voice of the customer and navigating internal processes with stakeholders from Operations, Retail, and Service Centers Establish and manage all contractual agreements, including Purchase Orders, NDAs, and Master Agreements Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in the Electric Vehicle, Electric Charging, Telematics, Fleet Management, or Mobility as a Service industry. You should have a proven track record of building strong relationships with large, complex organizations and driving conversations with executive-level partners.
