We’re looking for an experienced residential cleaner who can learn systems quickly, deliver consistent quality, and grow into a Trainer / Team Lead role over time.

  • $600-$1100+ per week (based on experience and performance)

This role has a clear path to become a Trainer / Team Lead for the right person.

You will:

  • Learn our cleaning and quality systems in your first 2–6 weeks
  • Demonstrate consistency, speed, and attention to detail
  • Help coach and support new hires once ready
  • Step into a paid Trainer role based on performance

Responsibilities

  • Show up to all scheduled cleans 5 minutes early
  • Greet client.
  • Remove dirt from home.
  • Have the client sign the checklist.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years residential cleaning experience
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Authorization to work in Canada
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Smartphone with data
  • Able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning duties
  • Comfortable working independently and with a partner
