  • Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality, verbatim transcripts for our federal, state, and local clients, meeting or surpassing 98% accuracy
  • Work on high-volume transcription projects with a standard turnaround time of 5 to 7 days, with some jobs available at higher rates with shorter turnaround times
  • Utilize your strong attention to detail and research capabilities to ensure accuracy and quality in your transcripts
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills for verbatim transcription and excellent written communication skills, including reputed company spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Apply your knowledge of legal formatting requirements, such as Bluebook or other style guides (e.g., GPO, GAO, Chicago, Associated Press)

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
