Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information in our company databases and computer systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enter customer and account data from source documents within set deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, using your organizational skills to prioritize tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a data entry role, such as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong understanding of administrative tasks and processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry programs, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Strong familiarity with administrative tasks and processes, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use office equipment, including fax machines and scanners, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
