              Key Responsibilities

              As an talentnexus Customer Service Contractor, you will be the frontline voice for our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and empathy. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

              • Handling inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email inquiries with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.
              • Resolving customer issues, providing product information, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
