Key Responsibilities As a Part‑Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers during the evening hours. Your role will involve Responding to inbound calls and chat inquiries with professionalism and a positive tone. Providing accurate information about arenaflex products, services, and policies. Diagnosing and troubleshooting common issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. Managing order‑related questions, including status updates, cancellations, and returns. Following up with customers to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback. Completing after‑call documentation, ensuring all data is entered accurately into our CRM system.
