Job Overview This is a fully remote role during the application process, but the position is based in Texarkana, TX, requiring on-site work. As an Order Builder Loader, you'll be an integral part of our warehouse operations, working a 5-day week schedule from 1100 AM until the job is completed. We're offering a competitive compensation package, starting at $16.00 per hour, based on experience, along with additional earning opportunities through performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks by pulling orders based on pick tickets. Utilize industrial power equipment to build orders according to assigned load tickets. Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Meet productivity requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment. Stage completed pallets in designated areas for efficient loading and dispatch. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need A High School diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of general work experience, with preference given to those with prior warehouse experience. Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks is preferred. The ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs, carry, and position product above shoulder height without assistance. Physical stamina for consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head. The capability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight. The ability to read information in various print sizes and stand and walk for long periods.
