Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. In this full‑time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking guidance on healthcare questions, benefits, and service navigation. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive, solution‑focused experience that resolves member needs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company a high volume of inbound calls and digital inquiries from members during evening shifts (1:00 pm–9:30 pm or 1:30 pm–10:00 pm EST).
  • Build rapport quickly using a friendly, courteous, and empathetic communication style.
