Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, delivering world‑class support across multiple channels. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for a wide range of customer inquiries, including billing, plan changes, technical support, and sales.
  • Providing consultative guidance on arenaflex’s product portfolio—wireless plans, broadband, cloud services, and device bundles—to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Resolving complex issues by navigating multiple systems, collaborating with Tier 3 technical teams, and engaging third‑party vendors when necessary.
  • Managing collections, retention, and account adjustments while maintaining compliance with arenaflex’s policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Tracking and documenting all customer interactions in arenaflex’s CRM, ensuring accurate records for future reference and analytics.
