Experienced Consultant - Service Operations

Conduct thorough analysis of client data and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, and drive transformational change. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices and industry trends in service operations. Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations. Communicate project progress, key findings, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Continuously monitor and assess project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in service operations and incorporate them into client work as appropriate. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally. Collaborate with other consultants and teams within the organization to share insights and best practices.
