With 5 exciting new launches on the horizon this year, we’re entering a new phase of rapid growth — and we need a strong Operations Manager to help us scale to the next level.</p> </div> <div> <strong>About the Role</strong></div> <div>We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven <strong>Operations Manager</strong> to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Amazon FBA business. You’ll be expected to solve problems independently, drive efficiency across the supply chain, ensure compliance with Amazon’s requirements, and continuously look for ways to improve performance and reduce costs.</p> </div> <div> <strong>🎯 Key Responsibilities</strong></div> <div> <strong>🔹 Supply Chain, Shipping & Logistics</strong></div> <ul> <li>Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts/overstock, and manage expiration-sensitive inventory.</li> <li>Source and evaluate cost-effective logistics partners (manufacturers, carriers, warehouses).</li> <li>Oversee the end-to-end process of Purchase Orders (POs), from manufacturing to delivery, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.</li> <li>Maintain accurate expense records and invoice documentation.</li> </ul> <div> <strong>🔹 Inventory Management</strong></div> <ul> <li>Proactively manage inventory levels across Amazon and 3PL warehouses to prevent stockouts (OOS). </li> <li>Maintain real-time visibility into inventory levels across all SKUs in AWD and 3PL storage locations.</li> <li>Track and update Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) regularly, incorporating all associated expenses and ensuring COGs remain within acceptable targets.</li> <li>Review and audit storage invoices to prevent overcharges.</li> <li>Monitor product expiration dates and manage inventory rotation accordingly to minimize waste and prevent blocked listings.</li> <li>Track Amazon removals and file reimbursement or dispute incorrect removals or charges through case support.</li> </ul> <div> <strong>🔹 Amazon Seller Central Management & Compliance</strong></div> <ul> <li>Maintain strong Account Health and ensure compliance with Amazon’s evolving policies.</li> <li>Monitor Account Health regularly and proactively address any issues to prevent suspensions or negative impacts on performance metrics.</li> <li>Resolve support cases quickly — including listing suspensions, ASIN violations, and FBA inventory issues.</li> <li>Oversee product compliance for dietary supplements, including the submission of third-party testing and documentation (e.g. Eurofins) as required by Amazon.</li> <li>Monitor and ensure ongoing availability of Subscribe & Save coupons and Brand Tailored Coupons.</li> <li>Submit and follow up on reimbursement claims for lost or damaged inventory, incorrect fees, and other Amazon-related discrepancies.</li> <li>Respond to customer inquiries and maintain a high satisfaction rating.</li> <li>Own all communications with Amazon Support (email, phone, and Seller Central).</li> </ul> <div> <strong>🔹 Business Operations & Leadership</strong></div> <ul> <li>Build and document SOPs to streamline operations and create repeatable workflows.</li> <li>Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate directly with the CEO to translate strategy into action and help lead the team with a sense of ownership and accountability.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> <strong>Working Hours ⏰:</strong> This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, with core working hours from 10am – 2pm EET (UTC+2).</p> </div> <div> <strong>Reference Checks 👥:</strong> Please note that we conduct comprehensive reference checks as a key component of our recruitment process.</p> </div> <div> <strong>💼 About You</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Operations & Supply Chain:</strong> Proven solid experience working with suppliers and logistics partners for stock management. You’ve worked with Asian manufacturers and are familiar with import and customs from the Far East. Must take complete ownership of the supply chain within the first 4 weeks of employment.</li> <li><strong>Operations Manager Experience:</strong> Ideally you have several years of experience as an Amazon Operations Manager, or similar, with a proven track record.</li> <li><strong>Amazon Experience:</strong> 3+ years managing an Amazon account (FBA & Seller Central). Experience with supplements or a compliance-sensitive category is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Detail-Oriented & Organized:</strong> You have systems in place to stay on top of tasks, timelines, and metrics.</li> <li><strong>Leader & Problem Solver:</strong> You can take initiative, delegate when needed, and lead independently. Drive KPI-focused management.
