Role Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Event Marketing, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the successful planning and execution of event initiatives in support of Fidelity Canada’s businesses.What You Will Do:
- Assist in managing requests that come through the IP Access program
- Support the Event Managers in the planning and coordination of programs and event initiatives, contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile events and programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure needs are met and executed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Fidelity speaker resources and Investment Staff to coordinate schedules and accurately capture key data points and client attendance for speaker resources and broker initiatives.
- Own both pre-event and post-event administration, including reconciling registration lists and event budgeting.
- 2+ years of administrative/event experience in a corporate environment required, preferably within the financial services industry
- Post-secondary education (3-year program minimum) completed or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional organization, project management, and planning skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with particularly strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong collaboration skills with an ability to successfully meet deadlines while maintaining positive working relationships in a team-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
For this role, your total rewards include:
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary pus target bonus) ranges from $73,000 to $90,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
