Our platform provides free community resources, interactive events, peer support circles, and online therapy pathways, all connected 24/7 by our free digital and AI support app (OpenRecovery & Kai AI).</p><h2>Role Summary & Opportunity</h2><p>We are seeking a proactive, highly organized <strong>Event Logistics & Production Lead</strong> to take the lead in ensuring our event operations and public activations progress as planned.</p><p>In this role, you will ensure that RWOB’s diverse event initiatives—ranging from community art exhibitions and expressive healing workshops to keynote speaker panels and public awareness activations—run smoothly, safely, and professionally. You will take initiative over site logistics, municipal permitting, technical production, and vendor coordination across our event portfolio.
